The cuisine of the Colombian Caribbean is a mixture of intense flavours. The cuisine of Cartagena is characterized by being a mixture of different cultures.

You will find a varied offer of fresh products such as coconut, banana, mango, seafood and fish.
Fruits are also very present in the Colombian cuisine; enjoy varied tropical fruits.

One of the traditional dishes of Cartagena cuisine is rice with meat “in tabaquito” style. This dish is made with pieces of salted and stewed meat that is mixed with rice creating a very pleasant dish on the palate.
Other typical dishes are rice with coconut and arepa, an emblem of Colombia.
