Can I store luggage before and after check-in?
Yes. For an easier and more comfortable stay, we provide free luggage storage both before your check-in and after check-out.
How much does it cost to bring a pet?
Dogs and cats are welcome at an additional cost of $60,000 Colombian pesos per night. Permitted pets must weigh less than 15 kg.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. However, please take the following points into account.
- The No Show charge is obligatory. 100% of the cost of the first night.
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival (local check-in time). Afterwards, a 1-night No Show fee shall be charged.
- Non-Refundable Rates (NRF -10%, Early Bird -42% NRF 20%, 4-Night Promotion NRF 25%, Long Stay 6+ NRF):
- The No Show charge is obligatory. 100% of the stay
- Free cancellation until the day after making the reservation. Subsequently, 100% of the stay shall be charged.
Is there free parking?
Yes. To make your stay easier, we offer parking for guests using their own or a rental car.
Does the hotel have a pool, gym, and spa?
We have an outdoor pool and awe-inspiring views on the 15th floor of the hotel. What’s more, we have an agreement with the Spinning Center fitness center, located two blocks from the hotel. We don’t have a spa.
How far is the historic quarter?
La Gran Vía Hotel is just 4 km from the Walled City (Historic Quarter). Only 10-20 minutes away by taxi or other means of transport.
